Keystone Bills Game Day Reminders

Ask your Head Coach or Team Mom these questions on Thursday nights if you're unsure:

• Arrival Time, Location & Attire: (Head Coach confirms)
• Snack & Drink Assignments (Halftime & End of Game) - Assigned by Team Mom
✅ Know this before leaving Thursday night practice!

📍 Game Info & Field Status:
• Visit keystonebills.com for schedules, locations, and directions.
• Games have scheduled start times, but weather can cause delays.
• Pro tip: Find a family arriving early to get real-time updates on game progression.
• Use BAND for updates — it’s the fastest way to stay informed.
• Coaches and Team Moms have game-day responsibilities and limited availability for calls/texts. Please plan ahead.

🎒 Equipment & What to Bring:
This is YOUR responsibility and no one else’s.
Part of athlete development is learning accountability for equipment.
• Athletes without the necessary gear will NOT compete.
• Football players must have: mouthpiece, cleats, helmet, correct jersey, pads, etc.
• Cheerleaders must have: sideline or competition uniform (as directed).
• All athletes must bring WATER.

✅ Do Do:
• Wear Bills Colors proudly to support your athlete and our organization!
• Mouthpieces are MANDATORY for football players

🚫 No's:
• No peanut products in squad snacks
• No outside food or drink containers
• If athletes are not on time for check in, we will not guarantee any athlete will play
• If any athlete is not present for practice, their play time will be determined by the head coach

⏰ Be Early:
Allow time for:
• Traffic
• Parking
• Equipment gathering
• Gate entry
• Squad check-in
• Restroom breaks
• Weigh-ins

🙌 Please be mindful:
From the Keystone Bills Board and all of us as fellow parents:
We represent each other when we represent the Bills.
Let’s lead with good sportsmanship — on the field and in the stands.
• Cheering ≠ Coaching from the sidelines
• Let coaches coach, referees ref, and parents cheer with pride
• If someone is out of hand, alert a Board Member, your Head Coach, or the Football Director — they’ll handle it appropriately

🍎 Parents on Duty
• If you are assigned snack duty, you must bring enough for all athletes on the team.
• If you are scheduled for a volunteer shift, you must report on time and prepared.

Thank you for your support and for making this season unforgettable!
