Ask your Head Coach or Team Mom these questions on Thursday nights if you're unsure:

π Game Info & Field Status:
β’ Visit keystonebills.com for schedules, locations, and directions.
β’ Games have scheduled start times, but weather can cause delays.
β’ Pro tip: Find a family arriving early to get real-time updates on game progression.
β’ Use BAND for updates β itβs the fastest way to stay informed.
β’ Coaches and Team Moms have game-day responsibilities and limited availability for calls/texts. Please plan ahead.
π Equipment & What to Bring:
This is YOUR responsibility and no one elseβs.
Part of athlete development is learning accountability for equipment.
β’ Athletes without the necessary gear will NOT compete.
β’ Football players must have: mouthpiece, cleats, helmet, correct jersey, pads, etc.
β’ Cheerleaders must have: sideline or competition uniform (as directed).
β’ All athletes must bring WATER.

Do Do:
β’ Wear Bills Colors proudly to support your athlete and our organization!
β’ Mouthpieces are MANDATORY for football players

β’ No peanut products in squad snacks
β’ No outside food or drink containers
β’ If athletes are not on time for check in, we will not guarantee any athlete will play
β’ If any athlete is not present for practice, their play time will be determined by the head coach

π Parents on Duty
β’ If you are assigned snack duty, you must bring enough for all athletes on the team.
β’ If you are scheduled for a volunteer shift, you must report on time and prepared.
