GAME DAY REMINDERS

Ask Your Head Coach or Team Mom These Questions on Thursday Nights if You Are Unsure

·      Game Day arrival TIME, LOCATION & ATTIRE upon arrival: (Head Coach)

·      Which families are bringing 1/2 AND/OR End of Game Snack & End of Game Drinks: (Team Mom Determines)
*KNOW THIS THURSDAY NIGHTS BEFORE LEAVING PRACTICE*

There are links on the Bills website (www.keystonebills.com) as well as the TBYFL website with schedules, locations and directions to each game. Please go there first! Games have scheduled start times, however weather can always play a factor in delays in games. Suggestion: Try to find a family with a football player or cheerleader that will be at the field earlier than your squad is scheduled to be and get the status on game progression from that person. Coach Juan (PW & SM) and Coach Donald (M & V) announce the games as well as are on the fields as AD/Asst AD and coaching, so they generally cannot take calls & texts in the booth as they are focused on making announcements and looking up player numbers etc. Head Coaches and Team Moms cannot take a ton of texts/calls on a game day from everyone due to their own family responsibilities. Thank you for planning ahead!

Do Do:

·      Bring Cash for: Admission & Concession Stand Admission: $3 if age 15 or older! (Under 15 & Jr. Coaches from Fall Season are FREE-perScott at TBYFL)

·      Please wear Bills Colors in support of your child & our Keystone Bills organization!

·      Mouthpieces MANDATORY for Football Players

No No:

·      No Large Umbrellas or Tents or Coolers (Coolers Okay for Bringing Team Snacks/Drinks/Fruits) (Please: No PEANUT Products for SquadSnacks)

·      No Outside Food or Drink Containers

"If we are not early, we are late........it's really hard in life-to be right on time!" (Please allow for traffic, parking, gathering equipment, getting through the gate, finding your squad meeting place with your squad, running to the restroom, weigh ins)

Please Please:

From the Keystone Bills Board members, and from all of us as fellow parents along-side you, we would like to remind everyone-because we all represent each other when we represent the Keystone Bills-that good sportsmanship is expected on the grounds of the games and in the stands. We all spend too much time and money and heart to get through a season for our kids,to have a fellow parent not represent us well. Cheering in the stands does not mean fussing at or telling the players what to do. Let the coaches coach and motivate and let the referees call the game. Let us Cheer (encourage) nicely & loudly! If there is anyone that is really-out of hand, please find a board member or a coach who will find Coach Juan(AD) or Donald Beach (Asst.AD) and they will handle the situation appropriately. Thank you for your support!
